I am getting an error message when I go to create shipping labels for my orders. Specifically when I want to choose a carriers UPS and FedEx. Anyone else? My accounts are connected and up to date.
Hi @emilyrness. Can you please be a little more specific about the error(s) you are getting? Either copy/paste them here, or include a screen shot. It would also help to know when in the process you get the errors — ie - what buttons do you press from what menus, etc.
