Service Bookable by Members Only

I am hoping someone can help, its related to appointments. 

 

We have a Golf simulator and currently use square for customers to book out the simulators. 

 

We want to have an option for a 'Member Only' service (which might require a login) to be able to book the Golf simulator for a maximum of one hour each day. In your experience is this something Square could do? I can set up subscriptions which would deal with the recurring monthly payment but struggling to see how they could book via our square appointments website?

Hello @DyeHouseGolf! I wanted to welcome you to the Square Community.

 

I just chatted with our Appointments team and unfortunately we do not offer a "Members Only" booking feature directly. They did suggest possibly setting up a custom advanced widget and then only sharing that link with those particular members. It may be bit a bit more complicated to setup, but could be a workaround!

 

Here are some steps on getting a custom advanced widget setup:

  1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click "Appointments or Payments" > "Appointments".

  2. Click "Online Booking" > "Advanced widget".

  3. If you have multiple locations, select your location.

  4. Click "Create New Widget for Location."

  5. Choose a name for the widget or keep the default name.

  6. Customize the staff and services to include and select "Save" when finished.

  7. Copy the widget embed code and add it to your website, email, or selected clients.
