Sending appointment reminders to people that are not in the system

I received a call from someone I’ve never met saying she got an email of an appointment reminder at my spa for a day that we’re closed and there are no appointments scheduled. And she’s not in our system, and never been here before. Did my account get hacked?

Thanks for surfacing this—that does sound a bit strange. I think it might help to have a look at Caty's reply in the following thread: I'm concerned about unauthorized account access and phishing scams. What do I do?

 

If that doesn't clear this up right away, I'd suggest touching base with our Customer Success Team directly. They'll be able to review any specifics, and escalate this email for further review.
