Hi @welchhaulingllc. That capability does not yet exist. So, all I can do is suggest that you head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Square Invoices Team. They will start the process to review it and decide if it is something they want to add to the product roadmap for the future.
Keep in mind that this is not a quick process. Feature requests take time to evaluate and plan and implement, usually many months. So, for now, what you are doing is what you will continue to have to do. Either that or look for a third-party invoices app in the Square App Marketplace that integrates with Square.
