When a customer in my restaurant submits an order using a QR code, the kitchen is not getting the order notes submitted by a customer in the Notes field. When an order comes in via our website (online) or when we manually enter orders into our POS, the customer notes come into the kitchen.
Notes via QR Code however DO NOT WORK.
This needs to be fixed as our in-house customers are getting annoyed that their orders are wrong because the kitchen isn't seeing the notes.
