I read that if I had activated a square card, my scheduled transfer options would disappear. So I deactivate my Square card and I still don't have the options to set up my automatic scheduled transfers. How do I get that option back?

Are you specifically referring to your close of day time? - meaning, the time in which your deposits are closed off and grouped to be sent to your bank?

The information sent did not help with my problem. Under transfer settings, it does not give me any options to setup automatic transfers. It used to give me the option to set up the days and times in which I could have automatic transfers sent to my bank account. Currently I have to do all transfers manually because it does not give me any other options.
Hi @BossChick - can you give a bit more details on where you are viewing in particular? Are you using the mobile Point of Sale app or are you looking at the Online Dashboard?
Also, what kind of scheduled transfers are you looking for? - at a specific time or date?
I am looking at my online dashboard. Under account & settings - Business - transfers
When you activate your Square Point of Sale account, link a bank account, and begin accepting card payments, we’ll transfer funds according to our standard schedule. All Square merchants start with our standard transfer schedule.
With this schedule, funds are usually transferred within 36 hours or 1-2 business days of a transaction.
The above information is not happening... I want to set it to Standard next-business day transfers, but I no longer have that option.
Got it! Thanks for clarifying that. If you recently deactivated a Square Card, your standard next-day deposits should begin to resume after about a weeks time, but this can sometimes take longer.
