Samsung a20e not pairing

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A20e and it refuses to pair with my small square reader. It says developer options not supported, but I have turned off developer options on the phone. Have also followed the step by step resets on this forum for non pairing equipment.

Please could anyone confirm if the device works with this phone?

The Samsung Galaxy A20E is not currently tested and supported by Square. To help you figure out exactly what devices you can use, check out our compatibility page to see that Android devices that we can guarantee will work.
