Samsung Note 9

My contactless reader says it's not supported by my Samsung note 9. Although I have seen a few people have a note9 and have no issues, it pairs with my old phone Samsung 8+ Does anyone have any tips or tricks that might have something to do within settings on my actual phone that will help it pair. Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your reader.

Are you getting any specific error message? Are you trying to connect the reader via the bluetooth settings on your phone or via the Square app?
