Same business but 3 different accounts

My sporting club would like to use 3 different squares devices so each department have their own and  is linked to that individual account is that possible but under the same business name.

So account general one device

account merchandise its own  device 

account canteen its own device

I think if you use 3 accounts, all of the datas can't share.

so the better way is using 1 account, but 3 locations, each location has own device.

you can share all of the datas.

If you're looking to sign up as a sports club you might first want to check if the ABN the club is using can be supported by Square for card payments. There are some ABNs we're not able to onboard for payments right now, which are commonly used by clubs. You can read more about this here or give our team a call on 1800 760 137.

To answer your question though, @ShowShineTools is correct! Supposing you can sign up to Square to take payments, you can use different Locations on the one account to manage the different areas of the organisation!
