Which app are you using? Do you have sales Tax enabled at all locations on your Dashboard? Which Square application are you using, Square POS, Square for Retail, or Square for Restaurants? I know the other day we had a wholesale order and my cashier removed the sales tax, then on the next transaction it showed Sales Tax off. I swiped for toggle of on / off of sales Tax and we have been fine since. We use Square for Retail on an Ipad Stand. Maybe that is all you need to do?
