We always had the option to run sales reports by employee until this weekend.

You are seeing changes that are affected by the roll out of Team Management.
You can change the Team Permissions and enable tracking by subscribing to Team Plus. The Steps are here in the Mobile Staff and Guest Mode section of our Support Center.
