Sales online store being sent to wrong email

Every time someone places an order in our online store a copy of the email receipt is sent to the wrong email. I have tried everything possible and none of the emails on our account should be associated with the one that is still getting a copy of the receipts. Help!

Did you change the email address on your Square account? That won't automatically change the email address used by our online store, though we can change that for you. I'll send you a PM to follow up.
