When I was checking our sales from 2023 to 2024 it shows no sales in 2 months of 2023. So I went into 2023 alone and it shows no sales. This is not accurate, and I am unsure of how these reports could hiccup like this. I went in to check transactions in those months and it is showing 0 for 2 months and then only 7 transactions the following month. Is anyone had or having these issues? How did you get those transactions/sales back?

Quick question: where are you pulling these reports from, and have you tried viewing the reports from multiple devices? You can pull summary reports from your Dashboard and from the apps themselves so I'm curious if this is a local issue or if there's something else going on.
If you're pulling reports from the Dashboard, there may be a problem with a cached page or cookie interfering with the display. I recommend clearing your cache, making sure your browser is updated, and restarting your computer. That should clear things up. Also remember that the Square site makes the browser use quite a bit of memory, so if you have a lot of applications open or multiple tabs open in your browser it can cause some data to not show. I also recommend trying another web browser to see if you see the same issue.
If you're pulling reports from the apps, I have found that if you have a lot of sales data, it may not show all the information. Not sure why that's a thing, but I think it's just that the apps aren't designed to process a lot of data all at once.
