Hi. I have a free hosted website through Weebly and a paid domain through Vodien. I cannot enable my SSL. I am going around in circles with Vodien who are telling me everything is correct their end and it is down to Weebly. Weebly are telling mee it is down to Vodien. The last chat I had with Vodien she said..:
First thing is the only product hosted with us is your Domain Name. Which is your funkydory.com.au domain. Now your website is hosted in weebly which they are the ones can only fix your website issues and SSL as well. So, now the reason why I asked you if weebly provided CNAME for SSL usually there are SSL that needs to be added in your DNS in a form of CNAME. But if they did not provide weebly is responsible for your SSL since they hosted your website. Now my question is do weebly have free SSL on their hosting package? If not you need to purchase a separate SSL Certificate from them.
But Weebly are telling me:
your domain we are not your domain host. that means you need go to domain host and change the DNS of them for the following DNS because that is causing your website is not secure and is not working properly for that, in our own end we can not change or do anything because we are managing your domain

But Vodien have said all is correct with their end and pointing of DNS servers. I am so confused and not technically minded. So now stuck. Would love some advice please.. think SSL for dummies
