My customers receive an error when selecting more than 1 item to purchase. The error message reads as: Online orders are limited to 1 item(s).
How do I fix this issue so customers can add more than 1 item to the shopping cart?

It sounds like you have the Large order settings option enabled and set to 1. Go to Settings > Pickup & delivery, click on the Advanced settings button, then either change the limit to something higher or toggle off the option.
