SERVICE CHARGES NOT BEING ADDED AUTOMATICALLY

WHEN I SIGNED MY BUSINESS UP A MONTH AGO, THE REP SAID WE COULD AD SERVICE CHARGES AUTOMATICALLY WHEN SOMEONE USES THE TERMINAL.  

IN THE STATE OF WYOMING IT IS LEGAL TO AD SERVICE CHARGES INTO THE FEES.

I PUT IT THE SQUARE SERVICE CHARGE PERCENTAGE INTO SQUARE AND HAVE BEEN CHECKING ON THE TRANSACTIONS COMPARED TO OUR CUSTOMERS INVOICES.  THE FEE IS NOT BEING ADDED ON AUTOMATICALLY LIKE THE REP SAID IT WOULD.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS?

using Orderry API generates an invoice payment link from Square

payment was made in person, in the square app I selected the invoice and entered the payment.

In orderry it posted the payment.

However it didn't charge the additional 3% to the customer
