Reset Authenticator code?

Hello hivemind,

I had to wipe my iPhone today and so need to re-add Square to the Google Authenticator app. However, when I click on the 'Reset Authenticator app' link in my online Square dashboard, it asks for the Authenticator code  - which I can't give because the Authenticator app is empty on my phone. Catch-22. Does anyone know how to re-add Square to Authenticator in this scenario?
