Hi!
Is there a way to make the collection of customer information mandatory at checkout? We sell memberships and have third-party software where we input information from sales (we use remote access software to manage door access, so Square's member management is not sufficient).
We know this information can be captured at checkout, but we have had staff volunteers forget to collect customer names and emails. We would like to make this collection a requisite process to eliminate human forgetfulness/errors.
Solutions? Is this possible? Feature request?

We appreciate you posting this, currently, there is no option for mandatory account creation, it is only optional. We totally see how this feature would be valuable for businesses like yours. We actually recommend posting this on our Ideate board where Sellers like you post ideas and can vote on them.
