Reports

Good morning.  I'm having an issue with my EOD reports and Direct Deposit Reports being emailed to me. Everything is checked, but I stopped receiving them around the beginning of the year.  I've tried everything I can think of, but not sure why it's not emailing me the drawer, the EOD, DD, Low Stock Reports, I'm not getting anything now.  Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for surfacing this and sorry to hear about the trouble with receiving your reports. If you haven't had a chance already, please give these tips a run-through: Email Delivery Issues. If those don't resolve the reporting trouble, I'd suggest tagging up with our Customer Success Team. They'll be able to take a deeper dive into specifics.
