We need to clarify a few things.
You mentioned Squarespace in your post - Squarespace and Square are two totally different companies. In addition to credit card processing, Square offers website hosting whereas you can use one of their Subdomains or choose your own Domain or transfer a Domain from another hosting service. Squarespace is a website hosting service that can partner with Square for credit card processing. Square does not provide any related Domain Email Services through their internet servers but, they do partner with Google Workspace - see details here. If you terminated your Google services, I don't believe that it's possible for Square to help (assuming you are using Square and not Squarespace).
