I can’t seem to get rid of the tip option after using the record debit/credit payment checkout option. My type of business does not collect tips so this is just an unnecessary step that we always have to skip through.
Hi @ecarr, Do you have other modes by chance? This makes me think that another mode is attached to this device that has tipping toggled on.
