When I use text reminders, it's sending two texts. One stating that I am using Square and the second to do the actual confirmation. How can I just get the one text for the confirmation?
@Dermis1 welcome to the Seller Community! The text your customers receive saying you are using Square is only going to be sent the first time the customer gets a text notification. It shouldn't be sent for each additional notification the client gets after their first appointment.
This feature cannot be taken away though. It's a default setting to let the customer know what is going on.
