We have been having the issue that both of our registers intermittently drop the internet connection. They are connected over WIFI but throughout the day they will lose the signal meaning we can't process payments and/or tickets won't print.
In addition, from time to time both registers lose connection to the kitchen printers. We have to go in and delete the printer station and set them up over again. Quite often we have to wait to reconnect printers as the register does not recognize them.
Is anyone else having these issues? It is incredibly frustrating and makes the system so hard to use.
