Refund status

Issued a refund yesterday, refund was processed but customer still hasn’t received it

Hello @Cdauzat !

This is something that drives me nuts about the banking industry in general. Returns/refunds to a card always take 3-5 business days before they're processed. Payments are instantaneous, refunds are not. The conspiracy theorist in me believes this is so the banks can make a few pennies on the interest for the funds that aren't theirs.

In other words, everything is working correctly. Your customer will see the refund in a few business days.
