We would like to provide a discount for multiple bookings of the same service, however this does not seem possible.
Instead we shall issue a refund and want a reason of "Multiple booking discount".
Is it possible to edit the Refund Reason list?

While you're not able to edit refund reasons, in this instance the workaround would be selecting "Other" as the reason then typing "Multiple Booking Discount" in the text field that is available when selecting "Other". Hope this helps 🙂

I saw the Other: Multiple Booking Discount.
Was hoping for a settable item.
