Receipt size too large

Hi I’m getting numerous complaints from clients about the size of the receipts that are being printed .. they used to be just one page but now they can be up to 9 pages long and huge .. I don’t know how to change  this as it seems to be a default .. 

please help people are getting mad at me !

Hey there @Aquatech - 

Wow 9 pages! That's a lot for just one receipt. Let's start chipping away at this issue. Is this printing to a receipt printer or a regular full page printer? 

I will keep an eye out for your response!
