Why are some of my categories (and therefore items) not listed as online?

This one is a little difficult to troubleshoot without taking a look into how the account has been set up!
One thing to consider is that categories created in Square do not currently sync to Square Online - so you may need to arrange items that sync from Square into categories from the Online dashboard. One other thing to check is that the individual items on the Online dashboard are marked as visible and have at least one fulfillment method.
