Published story not showing up on website, can see in editor

We're having trouble viewing a recently published story on our website--see attached photos. 

Had a quick look around the forum and it seems we're not the only ones who've encountered this issue.

I've taken a look at your website, and see what you mean. The "It's the little things" story isn't coming up for me either. Solved! All it took was not cropping the image into a square. 😂

@QuokkaCoffee Glad you were able to work it out! What happened in the end, it cut off the top/bottom or sides of the image to fit? 

I did find some image editing tools within the story section itself, but I don't think these apply in the same way when looking at previews of stories:

Woops, apologies for the late reply! From memory, I tried cropping square/3:4--the images in all my other blog posts are--but it was the original version which ended up playing nice with the publishing tool. Hope that helps! 🙂
