My website went live yesterday and all was fine, today the products are showing as not available.
All I've done is added a new item in and connected fb page shop to the website.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi mine was related to the persianlisation section, not sure if that will work for you but have a look to make sure it's toggled on

Here's how you can personalise items:- site items >items>select item to edit>modifiers>manage modifier
If things aren't appearing trying unpublishing and republishing your site
can you help me i cant see my listed items on my live website but whenever i edit and preview they all their

If you site items >items>select item to edit>modifiers>manage modifiers

I am having the same problem, and cannot fathom what it is. I am losing sales galore due to this. People are messaging me as they cannot make purchases. All the advertising I have paid for is now lost due to this. NOT cool.

If it doesn't resolve the issue, please share a link to your website and let me know what items are not appearing on your website. You can also share screenshots. I'll be happy to look into it.

Thank you SO much for taking the time to reply to me. The odd thing is that this morning the issue seems to have rectified itself. That in itself is annoying as now I have no idea what caused it, so that I can prevent it happening again. But I shall keep the link you provided for troubleshooting and if it happens again, I will go through it - hopefully I won't need it
