Product images in Square library being messed up out of the blue

The images of my products in Square library will sometimes be changed out of the blue and caused that product to have a wrong image, which really impacts the online store on my website because I integrate it with my Square POS to auto sync products.

 

I did not make any changes to the product images. The website does not push product data from its online store to Square, only one way from Square to online store. Thus I cannot understand why some products' image just got mixed so mysteriously? 

 

Has anyone had similar experience? Any idea how to troubleshoot and prevent this from happening? I have 1000+ products and it's a nightmare checking through all of them to find the ones with wrong images and re-update to make sure images are correct.

@yarnaddict Hmm that sounds strange. If you can share which online store integration you're using (WooCommerce, Weebly, Square's Online Store) another seller might be able to help you troubleshoot.

 

If you think the issue is starting from your Square Item Library I would suggest taking a screenshot or two of the images, noting the item name, and then call our CS team so we can investigate!
