I have made a free website so my sporting club can order their merchandise directly through it, however one member paid me cash so I went through and done it through the square app otherwise it would ask for credit card details. It now hasn't come up as an order with all the others. Is there something I'm missing? Or can we simply not allow orders to be done via cash?
