are you using the generic team permissions? or are you using team management?
Make sure the team permission has time-cards toggled OFF.
Only managers should have access to these settings. Each team member can use their pin to clock in and out and should download the team app so they can track their hours and gross pay. Very few people in my company have time card access due to the sensitive nature of editing time cards.
