Printer

Tonight,without making any change,the Casher printer start printing only a partial receipt .

The detailed items where missing.

it is printing the top and partial message at the end of the bill,but not the items purchase from the customer.Also the total amount is missing,it just show the total and the taxes,without printing the total amount.

We haven’t made any change in the setting (that we are aware!) and suddenly it start to do the receipt with empty body!

please helpppppp!!!!

Eek! Gotta love random printer issues!!

 

First thing I'd try is to make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of the Square app. If the developers did anything to the printing routines and you don't have the latest and greatest app some random issues can definitely happen.

 

If that doesn't work, is it possible to link another device to the printer, your phone perhaps? If you are still seeing the randomness, I think something is wrong with the printer. If not, then please let us know and we will see what other things we can do to troubleshoot.
