The receipt from printer 1 (left) is normal - shows items and total as well as WINE LAB at the top.
The receipt from printer 2 (right) stopped mid-day printing item detail and the total on the receipt.
Restarted Square, rebooted printer. Is this a settings issue? Nothing was manually changed as I was on the only person there when it went from printing correctly to messed-up. Need to fix before Saturday rush today!

This is wild. Try removing that printer in setting then adding it back. You may have to reapply your settings as well.
SO WEIRD! I forgot to mention these printers are linked to 2 different ipads. I will try removing and reconnecting the printer. Good suggestion.

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what's causing the discrepancy between these two receipts, but it looks to me that the format is the same on both but the text did not fully print on the one on the right. It's difficult to pinpoint whether this is an issue with the Square app on the iPad that's connected to the printer, or if this is being caused by the printer itself (maybe a paper or ink issue?).
I recommend going through the printer troubleshooting steps here to see if this may resolve the problem. If not, I would then recommend that you reach out to the manufacturer of the printer (Star Micronics, or Epson for example) for further assistance.
