Is there a way to print a receipt for a transaction that previously did not have a receipt with square terminal. We are using the setup where the employee puts the order in on square stand and sends the order to square terminal for the customer to pay.
In this scenario, the customer says they don't need a receipt and the "No Receipt" option is chosen. One minute later, they say they actually need a receipt and messed up. When I go to Transactions, I can find their order and choose the "New Receipt" option but there is no print receipt option. I had the option to print the receipt initially but I don't after the transaction is finished. Is this a feature that can be added?
I will be interested in this as we don't run transactions that way, but I have been thinking about trying it (it just seems to add more steps which I don't like) I just wish the Square stand had a place to tap on the back because many people try to tap the logo.

You're definitely in the right area and the print option should be available along with sending the digital receipts.
And just to confirm, you're searching through transactions on the Terminal? If you're still not seeing that. Could you check if you see it on your Square Stand too?

So, when I look at my transaction history on the square POS app (on square stand), I can see all past transactions. When I pick one and choose "New Receipt" there are only three options:
There is not a "Print Receipt" option. I only have the ability to print a receipt at the time of sale. This is because we ring the customer up on square stand, then send the payment to square terminal so the customer can pay on the terminal.
The terminal is linked to our square stand. So we cannot do anything on the terminal until we send the order to the terminal for the customer to pay.
