PrestaShop integration - Managing orders from Square results in wrong order status sync

I have PrestaShop 8.0 with Square integration. Orders are transmitted from PrestaShop to my Square orders dashboard, however when I mark an order as dispatched from my Square dashboard, the order status in PrestaShop changes to "Cancelled". I have checked my PrestaShop settings and all appears to be fine. Is there a bug with the status sync and webhooks?

Hey @SussexWinBars, thanks for flagging this to us! That does sound odd alright.

 

Although we integrate with PrestaShop, we have no visibility on it as we do not own it. To get help with your PrestaShop account integration with Square, you’ll need to get in touch with PrestaShop directly. Visit their Help Centre to read the documentation about the integration or contact them.

 

If for some reason they’re not able to help you, please reply to me with your support ticket number, and I’ll see what I can do from my side. I’m also happy to answer any questions you might have about using Square.
