We are using square register on an iPad and iPhone. Predefined tickets works fine on the iPad, but they do not sync to the iphone. The iPhone does not have the option to use predefined tickets at all, just a blank space. iphone using IOS11 and the latest square app update. Tickets created on the iPad DO appear on the iPhone. Same wifi network, logged into the same account, items sync up, everything is fine. Just the predfined tickets dont work.

@charsue At this time Predefined Tickets can only be managed from an iPad, tablet or from the Square Register*. Can you share a bit more about how you use predefined tickets at your business and how being able to access them from iPhones/all kinds of mobile devices would be useful? I'd love to share your feedback with the product team!
*Update: To clarify you must create a ticket group from a tablet first, and then you should be able view tickets in the group from your mobile devices. From your iPhone go to the Settings section of the Point of Sale app to enable Open Tickets, and then from the Checkout section of the app tap Tickets to view all open tickets.)
