We were forced to remove the pre-auth option as we are a busy bar and 25% of the time a pre-auth would time-out or freeze our system. Also, the tap to pre-auth never transferred the names....just the credit card info. Is there anything we can do to improve this or are we at your mercy waiting for you to fix it?
