Pop-up banner/announcement displays only on first visit to website

I created a pop-up banner/announcement; however, it will only display the first time someone visits the website. When the website is closed and the people to back to the website later, the banner no longer displays. The only way we can get it to display again is to clear the history.

How can I make the banner show up continuously? (I want to offer a coupon code without people having to sign up using their email address...but I can't find an option for doing that so I am using the announcement/banner.)

I like the idea of having the coupon code show each time! This should be possible to do; I ran a holiday promo last Christmas and had the popup show each time someone visited the site, and I've run a top-of-screen banner for promos in the past as well.

The settings on both the popup and top-of-screen banner are the same: (I highly recommend doing this from a desktop/laptop instead of a tablet or phone!)

Online Dashboard -> Communications -> Pop-ups -> Scroll to your created popup/banner -> ... -> Edit

On the new screen, hit the Settings link on the top of the left panel

Make sure "Display Frequency" is set for Once a Visit

Make sure both boxes are unchecked under "Stopping Conditions"

That should make a popup appear each time your site is loaded.

Thank you for the reply, but it just will not work on my site... the banner will display only on the first visit. The history has to be cleared to get it to show again... tried different computers by different people. Deleted and recreated the announcement/banner.... same results.

Okay @OnLineSeller  thats really weird. My recommendation is that you give customer support a ring: they can dig into your account further than we can in a public forum, and they know who to yell at if you found a bug.
