Please help with choosing right hardware

Hello,

I’m planning to setup little food takeaway. It will be mainly focused on delivery with some collections and takeaways sometimes. 
I guess that I will need POS station with card reader, then kitchen station for preparing orders and printer with dockets for delivery drivers. 

Now I have question regarding software. I want on the iPad main screen to have 3 options as default (delivery, takeaway, collection) then once clicked on delivery I want to keypad for taking customer phone number with name and address. Once details are entered I will be transferred to the main menu where I can take order. 
Now if someone order pizza for example I want all topping listed straight away. I’ve been just testing POS for couple days but I noticed that once pizza is selected I have to go and press edit button and then add topping. Can that be done in more convenient way? 
Last question is regarding card terminal. Can I use terminal with the screen for an iPad or only terminal without screen works with iPad?

Hi @Bodzio69, welcome to the Seller Community! 

From what you're describing, it sounds like you're looking to create orders from the Square Point of Sale itself, is that correct? If so, at the moment, it isn't possible to create Delivery order at the moment. However, you can create and schedule pickup order directly from the app.

Have you had a chance to look at the Square Online site? With this, you can setup a free site and offer delivery through it. Orders placed on the Square Online site are sent to the Point of Sale apps and printed out in the kitchen. 

To add toppings and modify the pizza before adding to cart, it's worth checking that this particular feature has been turned off in your Items Library. 

At this time, to connect the Terminal to an iPad, you'd need to use the open tickets feature. To do this, create a ticket on the other device and open the ticket on the Terminal to process the payment.
