Is that one order every 20 minutes, or two orders in then the next one 20 minutes later?
If it's the latter, then that makes sense - as order one at 18:00 & order two at 18:02 would put the next orders (asap) as 18:20 as the system rounds up to the next 5 minutes & then gives 15 minutes as far as I can tell.
