So I have set up our system for pick up orders in Square. I have the settings set to 15 minute prep time and 3 orders allowed every 15 minutes. I have noticed that when we are full in a time slot is adds 5 minutes onto the next available time. So 7pm is full the next time slot that appears on the drop down is 7.20pm (not 7.15pm). See screenshot below. Is not a big problem as customers can still order but I think it just looks weird when people are ordering and having to select such a strange time. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks
Hi @themeatshack, thanks for flagging this! From looking into this, the system is adding a 5-minute increment to help set a more realistic expectation for customers. It's taking into consideration the fact that orders are limited to 3 every 15 minutes and the previous slot is full, so it's giving an extra 5 minutes to make sure everything is fulfilled accordingly.

I don't think this can be switch off at the moment but I have flagged it with our Products team to see if we can add that functionality @themeatshack. I'll be sure to update this thread when I have more information from the team!
