Permissions to switch locations on Square terminal

Hi,

 

I have a Square Terminal, and I'd like to have team members be able to switch locations within our account. When I follow instructions here, while logged in as a team member, (https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5580-manage-multiple-locations-with-square) I get the notice "You have no additional locations to switch to". But when I login to the Terminal as an admin, I can see the additional locations. I can sign out of the Terminal and sign back in, using a device code from the admin settings, to access an additional location, but I would prefer for team members to be able to switch locations without logging out, or at least without involving an admin.

 

I assume I need to update Team Permissions, presumably "Account Settings", but don't know what exactly (Pictured below)Screen Shot 2022-08-30 at 3.27.50 PM.png

 

And I assume this change will need to get propagated to the "Shared Point of Sale" access point?

HI, when you log in as a Team Member, YOUR personal team member login needs to be set for multiple locations.  You, AS ADMIN, needs to allow each team member access to multiple locations.

Yes that helps, thank you! I didn't realize I needed to assign the team member to explicit locations.
