Per Lb Items in Appointments

Why don't the per lb items show up in the picklist in the item section of Appointments?  Is there some fix for this?

I'm not sure I understand how you have your Square account set up currently. Are you using Square Appointments to sell food by the pound? Any extra information about your business model will help me get a better idea of what you're looking to accomplish here - thanks in advance!
