I recently opened my account. I did a test transaction on Sunday, October 3rd. Today is Friday, October 8th. The funds were never transferred and are showing they are in a pending status. I read that pending could mean that Square has not verified my business account. How can I determine this or not? I have a major event on Sunday, and I need this account ready to make transactions. Please help. Thank you.
@Azizah Hi there! I would recommend calling customer support and seeing if they can see the bank end of your account and if it was able to be verified.
