New to this
I’ve set it up but when I come to the checkout it’s only letting customers have the option to tap card on my mobile .
there are two options but it doesn’t let me go onto the square logo to take payments on the card reader .
any help appreciated

I assume the two are paired correctly. But just check the paring first. If not reset and pair again.

So that I can investigate further, could you please share some screenshots of the following areas of your app?
- More > Settings > Hardware > Square Readers.
- Any paired Readers should appear on this page. If you're only seeing the 'Connect a Reader' button, please press this and follow the prompts on screen to pair your device.
- Checkout > Add an item to the checkout > Review sale > Charge.
- I'd like to see what's appearing on the 'Charge' screen to determine whether your app is recognising your Reader.
To attach the screenshots to your reply, just hit to little camera icon above the text field.
