So we sent a payment link to a customer today, which they received. They've clicked on the link and went through to card details and entered payment.
However, no history of the transaction in our end or payment received.
£0.01 has come out of their account.
So where can i find this transaction and confirm that they have paid. Also, where does the payment link come from, as cannot find a history of it being sent anywhere

Payments links are limited to the Point of Sale app, they are generated at the sale screen during a transaction and can only be used once.
I had a look and if the link has been paid by your customer it will appear in your Transactions Dashboard > Source > Payment link.
From there the payment will be included with your regular sales transfers.
Morning, thanks for your reply. So we don't have that or the transaction listed anywhere, but the payment link went out, so how does that work?
Just to add to this, the customer is actually a family member. So we know they entered their payment details and received the link.
Once you send the link you won't be able to track it until it's paid @scruffandco. Payment links are limited in that sense.
To me it sounds like maybe the payment didn't finish registering fully - when I did it I had to leave the payment page and go to my banking app to approve it and then go back to the link in order to complete the payment. However, it does seem strange that 0.01 has been debited from their account - it almost sounds like a preauthorization and then the payment failed since it's not in your transaction history.
I would suggest giving our support team a call as they will have access to your account and transaction history that I don't here in the Community, unfortunately.
