On May 19th, we had a customer try to use a payment link to send a donation for our organization. They said their balance in their bank changed but then changed back, like the payment didn’t work.
We never got an email the next day as we usually do when we accept funds through Square. Nothing shows up in our transactions either.
Does the link not work because we are in the US and the customer is using a bank card from Australia? Is there any way to make this work?
