Passcode trouble

How do I reset my passcode? Every category I press is asking for it before I can go further.

To reset the owner passcode, go to you online dashboard

Account & Settings

Personal information

 

You can either type in the passcode you prefer, or auto Generate one.

You may just need to see what your passcode is, and not have to change it.

 

 

For employee passcodes, go to the dashboard

Team

Select the employee

Under permissions, you can "show passcode"

or edit and change the passcode.

I meant to include this in my original reply.

 

If you're being asked for the passcode over and over, even after entering it correctly, check your passcode settings on the POS and see if you have it set to time out. I personally like it timing out to ensure the staff don't make sales under someone else. They would never remember to check who is logged in.

 

If it's not that, you may need to force the app closed and restart the device. Worst case, might delete the app and reinstall it.
