I first bought a one year domain name for my new site. I also ordered a one month professional package for my personal Website. At one point it was asking me about my business details, which I don't have as this was a personal Website. So aborted the answers at one point. Looking at my account now. I've paid for 3 years for a domain name instead of one, but when looking at my services it shows only one year. I would like to have a refund for two year, which was AU$48.

Your best option is to contact Square's Customer Support. Unfortunately, account issues like this cannot be resolved via the the Seller Community. In some cases a Community Moderator can provide some assistance or offer a suggestion however, you need someone to actually look at your account details - that can only be done via Customer Support. If you have not tried to contact them at this point, one way to do this is through your Square Account.
